How to Make Your Team Happy

The most shocking thing we do is cancel a sprint. If your team doesn't understand that everybody's moving in a different direction, we cancel the sprint and we real line. So what happens is that they get feedback much faster. That is, I'll say signal number one. And signal number two is the level of confidence and cadence that the sort of frequency at which the team deploys increases drastically. The signal is that the team starts using much more product and maybe customer facing terminology in their tickets to communicate priorities.
