I'd heard about this happening to women before. I didn't realize until it happened to me that it is, you know, it's life threatening. It destroys their careers. It changes who they are. And I'm not ashamed of my past. But I would never want to live through it again. The narrative around sex work has changed over the last decade but still people see her as a bad person for what she did.
