As i got more secure and less at the effect of my thinking, my reaction, slowly, over time, dropped away. And i don't have that kind of reaction much any more. It's ike, it's still all thought, but where you experience in your body and how you experienceit is how your memory is coming to life. A feeling isn't a thing. It can't re ide anywhere. They're just moment to moment experience so they can't be held in your body. The more you experience it, the more real it gets, and the bigger the experience is altered a little bit,.
