The NBA Finals Are Down in the Ratings
The NBA finals came in, went and the ratings were down despite a pretty good TV match-up of West Coast versus East Coast. I think there's going to be plenty of room for both the owners and players given the NBA has a very powerful union that it could be a win-win. If you are the NBA, how do you fix that problem? Is that just a consumer behavior change that you have to live with, and your games are going to get less audience? Or do you try to control that? Do you try to make your broadcast so compelling with other stuff that you can't get in the clips that you must watch?
