What Is a Variable Expense?
In this example, I'm going to write the number down of $10,000 annually. That's my annual fixed expenses. The next one number three monthly fixed expenses. Now we're going to kind of do the same kind of thought process, but just one of those things that you pay every month that you have regardless of how much business you have. So again, your number will be different, but the number that I have in front of me for number four is $114,000.
