The Implications of Eliminating an African-American Study School
The College Board is eliminating an African-American study school. They seem to be taking away even some of the things that we would consider but I would consider Bell Hooks was one of the feminist authors that was that was removed from the conversation. Alice Walker actually coined the term womanist and her work has been seminal to the feminist, black feminist movement as well as queer studies.
