The Importance of Path Working
Path working is essentially a form of magic ritual that you do in a guided meditation state. The next bit would be imagined or visualized imagery. It could also be a picture of someone if you're trying to do magic on or for someone else. Sometimes you'll pre-record the walkthrough for yourself, but basically it all takes place in your mind.
