What Do We Need in the 21st Century?
A lot of the education system is designed very much around a view of the world that's not necessarily valid. And I find it fascinating because we've built an education system on certain presumptions. So what you're really looking at here is to say, what do we need in the 21st century? We talk about the labor market as if it's a sort of fixed thing that somebody's running and organized by. But there's lots of things that aren't necessarily fit for purpose that have led to the outcomes that we're seeing today.
