Any time i find myself into a periods of low levels of production, don't. I implemented the use of this disciplined schedule to get my head back out of my back side. Establishing a go to sleep time is going to provide you witha sense of being rested, focused and prepare you to produce k sleep becomes a pivotal part of my work schedule.
