The Philosopher in the City

The magazine First Things finds its name from a book that you wrote back in 1986. Law was one of the fields of my PhD. I didn't imagine that I'd be moving into it as steadily as I did move into it and be writing as much as I have written in it. Richard John Newhouse is gone and Rusty Reno is still borrowing it. Yeah, he borrowed it, but they'restill borrowing it.
