The Courtroom Watcher

Judge Juan Mershan will decide whether to allow live media coverage from inside the courtroom of Donald Trump's trial. The Sixth Amendment to our Constitution explicitly guarantees the right to a speedy and public trial. We don't do secret tribunals here in the United States, but once in a while we need to reexamine even the most basic of our constitutional protections.
