The most reliable method, which surprisingly few people decide to use, is to write an application for alternative civil service. Submitting the application is an opportunity to buy some time. As for the military, the only way out from them today is emigration. The faster and more efficient the departure from the country, the better. For Ukraine, anyone who serves in Wagner is just a person with a weapon who happens to be on their territory. So if this body is dead, it's just a dead body. It will continue to lie there and decompose.
