The Effect of Pre Workout Carbohydrates on Resistance Training Performance
There is no relationship that i can see, at least in terms of the various studies across the spectrum of this dosage intake. It doesn't seem dose dependent as to why it effects resistance training. The level of muscle glacygen depletion you're going into it is going to be slight. A liver glac gen is a proportionately small amount of your overall glacogen availability. You just don't need that much compared to endurance training. I would caution people to not see what they can get away with a. But any if anything, lean on the other side of the equation and do intermittent fasting.
