The hardest thing to learn was the fact that like, I really need to lean into my strengths and just ignore my weaknesses. My full-time job now in a sense is being a content creator, but I'm not a content creator. So if I post content on LinkedIn, it builds the personal brand, but it also feeds the agency. It doesn't really matter what business I'm working on. They're kind of working on all the businesses at the same time in a sense.
