Is Intermittent Fasting a Good Idea?

People should be aware of any circumstances when it's actually not a good idea to do intermittent fasting. In normal weight people, they can maintain and build muscled mass through resistance training as well when they're on intermen fasting. There is some interest though, in in children with obesity, the possibility that changing their eating pattern could help them get their daily calory down. Now, a pregnant women, we don't know m and it turns out that the as science progresses, views and data and recommendations change.
