The Leafs pre this era had no process. It was just like, here's a ham sandwich thrown at the wall. Lou famously deviated from that and said, it's a five year plan that changes every day. And I think if you are a process driven organization, I love that. But when your process fails to yield results, which is the point of the process, then the process must change.
