Is It the Vancouver PD That Just Didn't Care That These Women Were Missing?
A lot of people think Vancouver really, or PD, let's say, really dropped the ball in this investigation. It creates an atmosphere where a killer can basically operate with very little interference, right? If the police department is not putting that much energy into solving what they know is a situation where all these women are going missing, then you've got kind of a perfect breeding ground or perfect storm for a killer of that type. No doubt if there's bodies, that changes things I think a lot.
