The Importance of Culture in the Firm
I think watching what the firm has become and the fact that a lot of the culture is still very much intact really makes me happy. And I think, yeah, from the companies, you know, putting company founders in the limelight. They make the hard calls and they should get all the credit. So that's how I think about it, as it's calling.
