I wonder if it's something like that, hedonic treadmill economists talk about where it doesn't really matter how much money you make. And I think that's the other element is just through media that we can see, not just the top 1%, but the top 0.1%. So maybe they're voting based on some other values, you know, flag and family and patriotism and that sort of thing. It's not the economy stupid, as it famously said.

The United States is currently home to six generations of people. She has also been featured on Today, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends, CBS This Morning, and NPR. She lives in San Diego with her husband and three daughters.
