How to Use Twitter to Build a Startup

In the beginning, you were truly joining the waitlist. I wanted to let people know that it was just me and I'm not going to be able to get to you fast. We've also seen that when on the waitlist and given the opportunity to book far out, the percentage chance that that person either cancels and rebooks or doesn't show up goes up. So what we found is actually most successful is book our sales week only partially full. That's kind of a strategic shift that we've made in the last month. And we've seen a much higher conversion rate.
