The Frailty of the Humanitarian System
I think in the last couple of years, we've seen new crisis, not new crisis, but new developments of crisis that have come up. And I think that what they've done, there's really pushed the humanitarian to the wall. You know, places like Ethiopia, Afghanistan, for different reasons, have actually shown up to us to the sort of frailties of that. The kind of terrorism legislation and the selection of people you can work as implementing partners get so little more difficult in these crisis.
