In a plant-based keto, you're going for 70% of the time. It's tough to get carbohydrates down and off in the protein. You have no choice but to reduce your fiber if you're going to restrict your carbohydrates. And so, I don't see any real health advantage to do in this, particularly when you look at the flip side.
