Lib Dem Vote in the Bi-Election

I think in the present climate, the increase in rates has definitely dampened the housing market. The number of viewings in sales in the area has dropped dramatically compared to a year ago. I'm not quite sure whether to vote tactically or to vote with my conscience. Do you know what the Lib Dem is stand for? That is the problem I have at the moment.
