Product Mindset

i've seen a lot of a sek yos that come from a product background. So i get ther ly, i don't know that that product mind se that you have comes o veronly because in product, technically you are not the best at anything, but you need to be enough to be dangerous and coordinate all these different teames. In my old days, more about understanding different people's incentives and motivate them in the right way. U, i think the same tactic, and still work now that i start my own company....
