The Challenge for Twitter's Moderation Board?

Twitter hasn't really grown either in terms of user numbers or indeed profit for a long time. The core problem Twitter has, the core barrier to growth, most internet users in the United States know what Twitter is. Many of them decided it wasn't for them, so they dropped off. So you have to convince those people to come back on. To do that, you have to really convince them that Twitter is something fundamentally different than what they've thought it was.
