The point of planning is that i can get all the junk out of my head at one time. By creating a not to do list, it's easier for us to focus on things we want to be focusing on. A stragedy that can go along nicely with this is have a bit of a start up ritual where maybe you put on some focusing music and set your device to do not disturb.
