#559 Free time. It’s something we all want more of. Unfortunately, whenever we get more free time we end up filling that free time with more things to do. That keeps us busy, overworked, and overburdened. It can also lead to burnout. That’s the worst thing in the world. When we can’t do our work we can’t serve our audience, let alone the relationships around us. Today we’re speaking with Jenny Blake.
