How to Balance Getting Feedback Versus Keeping Your Own View

So you basically have all these different threads and you try and parse out over time something close to the truth. It's not easy from a pride perspective; there's obviously confirmation bias. Over time, it becomes easier. I've been wrong enough in public now. As long as you do it for the right reasons, new information comes to light on some part of the process.
