Judaism and Just Jewish Eating

In choosing how i eat and what i eat, i am enacting my values in some deep way wit with one of the things that i do most often in my life. And so if that means that i am most concerned about climate change and raising animals for meat is one of the most destructive things to the climate, that appeals to me as a reason to do something like this. I think we've got to find a new word for what i've been trying to call a re imagined keeping cosher. Cause that's the thing that could really, you know, solve, solve the dremson and en be what we take in with as to the next era of judaism?
