How to Hack Confidence

You are not inherently unconfident something or a combination of things in your life and in your world have made you feel that way. There are some practical things you can do to help kind of hack your confidence a bit but the most critical thing you can do is work with other women. As you get into positions of power see your responsibility to support the women who work for you, it's up to them to be gifted that power and confidence. To be a leader does not require you to be like the men in madmen there are different models and versions of leadership and all of them are open to you regardless of gender.
