What Do You Think of the Great Resignation?

A year or two ago now, the average national mortgage rate was 18 %. And i also think home prices are going to come down if those mortgage rates stay high. So i'm wondering what you think of the great resignation,. right if the two rules are lived below your means and invest early and off. And do you think the great resignation has been a good thing for your average employee? I like it. You know, as a business owner, if youd keep treating employees croppy, they're going to quit. If not for things like the great resignation, then, youw you could have liked sweat shops in the extreme case where everyone has to work in terrible conditions.
