The Big Old Mansion in a Cul-De-Sac

In my hometown there's this big old mansion hidden way in a cul-de-sac. The kind of place you end up never seen unless you know it's there. So one day me and a friend decided to explore the place before I got demolished. We broke in during broad daylight and using a back window and as you can probably guess it was falling apart. Most of the windows and doors have been boarded up and everything creaked when you stood on it like it was almost like being in an old ship or something.
