How to Get to Sleep

We look at ways to improve our sleep and make sure we're staying an sleep. One of the easiest ways you can do this is by having a dark room. Most sleep data suggests that you want a room around 65 degrees fahrenheit. You might need it a little bit warmer to actually get to sleep. And there's some things you can do to help try and get your bedtime routine in place.
