The Impact of NAFTA on the Mexican Economy

The North American Free Trade Agreement or NAFTA was brought in by Bill Clinton in 1994. This agreement lowering trade barriers between the US, Mexico and Canada. The Mexican economy has grown about an average of about 2.1 to 2% per year since NAFTA entered into law in 1994. It is way below what was expected of it.
