Many people pick only the one that fits their theory and ignore the rest. The late john mc adams was e j f k buff, but he was definitely in favor of the single gunman theory. I use the word conspiracis without and i say to the beginng of the book, i don't mean this pajoritively, but i can't think of a better term.

As we approach the sixtieth anniversary of the violent public assassination of President John F. Kennedy, over half of all Americans surveyed continue to believe that he was killed by a conspiracy involving multiple assassins.
