How to Structure a Training Week for Your Age Grouper

Groupers let's say we have the typical age grouper that may be maybe swimming three times per week and around one hour or or so. How would you structure the typical training week with the usrpt for them? Three times a week is typically kind of i look at it as just kind of a maintenance kind of swimming. The biggest thing with swimming again kind of if we get back to looking at it from the perspective of the brain um it's all about getting that feel for the water where you can really grab and hold the water.
