The Importance of Generalization in Strength Training

Bands and chains are useful in situations where you need to sustain force. The strongest person in the room is going to be biased much more towards a higher force production. It doesn't mean that there's not good times to use the bands with narrows. But it just means that, again, we're strongly generalizing this representation.
