Do You Know How to Breathe Deep?
Deep breathing involves big inhales, natural exhales and then we let the breath out. After 30 deep breaths in the p h level is way up. And last up, you stop breathing, and you don't need to breathe. What happens is a lote of biochemical processes in the air incited by a body. The body is going to be reset five times. More blood will flash into the heart and brain. A drinal axis is spliked at that moment, just for moment, to reset the body. If you do this a couple of rounds consecutive, then you will be very easy. Doesn't matter the age. 70 years, 80 years, no, even 90 years
