Are You Investing in the Bay Area?

i thought e'v ben investing about four years. And although out of state, it's been killer for me. I've been some pretty good returns there. But i realize that the properties that produced me the most amount of money were the san jose ones. Because for me, buying these 200 thousand dollar houses out of state and making five o 600, but then having six to seven % appreciation on that 200 k purchase price,. verses having six percent, eight % on a o int to, i see the wealth grows a lot faster that way.
