Learn to Teach, Learn to Learn
If you really want to learn something, you have to try to teach it. Going t an explanation of something in a way that helps others understand and truly understand and learn that particular skill. It doesn't help anybody if your abilities are focused on writing a statis report. Just provide constructive feedback to say, well, how would you do this? Or n what about this that? That's instruction as well. If you can think about if youre t have the opportunity to give other people feedback, oh, that's in such a huge way to better the profession,. To better yourself in practical management, that's such a really nice way to do it.
