The Importance of Whiteness

Zachary: I do a lot of work around aspiring allyship and thinking about good intentions not being good enough, right? And that innocence and if we just don't talk about it, then I'm fine, right? A race neutral position, not being neutral at all. Tanisha: We were really wanting to ensure that the Academy knew what whiteness was or is and how it manifested on campus. The book allows that and lays the foundation for that.
