Do We Need More Judges Through?

CNN's John Defterios sat down with Sen. Kelly Ayotte to talk about the importance of getting more judges on the federal bench. He says Democrats are in the wrong end of a wading pool when it comes to filling court vacancies, and they need to be combative for their own sake. The senator also said he thinks President Obama has some real loyalties to both his party and the White House at this point.
