Are You Setting Realistic Expectations?
I think there's so much to be said for 80% or 90%. Dan Go really speaks about that as well with all of his clients, like CEOs, founders. His whole thing is, look, we're not looking for 100. The bodybuilder, Ronnie Coleman, on stage, is looking for 100%. But we're looking for 85 or 90%. And if you take that into a business context as well, it sets more like realistic expectations. You still get there, and we're still not taking it easy. We're not going to take a passive approach to things.
