How to Split Up Your Training

There's a lot of good four days as well. Sometimes I don't love the chest and back day. It kind of depends where you're training and what you have access to. If you sequence within the workout, you can just keep the workout a bit shorter. Just get a good pump, always getting a good pump before, especially if you're over 35 or definitely if you are over 40.
