The jury deliberated for four and a half hours before convicting Russel russ of first degree murder. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder of his own wife. The prosecution had no evidence that would have pointed to pam as a suspect, but it didn't really matter because she couldn't do a polygraph test. She blamed her memory loss on a random medical condition never named by prosecutors.
