Keeping the Arms on the Back Side of Your Body

In sprinting, or any athletic movement, thereis a constant storage and release of energy. By really just getting into a position, we kind of freeze ourselves out of that cycle for a moment. Back side arms would be where you cannot break that plane of the mirror. And maybe they come a little bit to the front more. To me, this form of coaching works better in terms of making the athlete their own best learner.
