How the Book of Secrets Comes About

The presidents were only brief as far as the intelligence community felt they were worthy, if you will, for lack of a better phrase of knowing the facts. So that's how the book came about. I'm not out pounding the ground anymore, but I'm keeping a close eye on things. And there have been some remarkable steps toward disclosure. We're certainly not there yet. But the door has been cracked by the federal government.
