When you have a strong relationship with somebody, the recovery from a moment where you miss each other or might have some conflict is a lot faster. Great organizations are able to recover quickly through conflict to help get to the best ideas. For every one of those that don't get near close enough to building strong relationships, there's a thousand that need to be overcome. The ones where you're a little bit intentional pay way bigger dividends than just haphazard ones.
