The Role of Gene Expression in Aging
The basic principles are the same. Different single cell will behave very differently, although they are identical actually, genetically identical. So in aging definitely, as I just mentioned, we see that identical cells can age toward two different pathways. If you look at a population of white half cells, their lifespan can be like, meaningful to different. And they should be identical. They die at the same environment, same DI. What's going on there? We're trying to squeeze so many different things into this because there were so many topics that we wanted to talk about. Next I want to transition to stress because that's also something that you focus on in your lab.
