Dod Frank?

The house moved really quickly on dod frank, and so we did a full summer of this. It was a jam packed month, really concentrated days, only broken up so members could go vote on the floor. Once you got to this point, it was time to mark up the actual text. And once they went through mark ups, by the way, it's very hard to change.
